The professional property management staff offers more than just 35 years of experience. Our experience is all here is Southern Arizona, our home and your home town. We manage more than 100 Premier Properties in the Green Valley/Sahuarita and surrounding areas. Currently there is one licensed realtor and a maintenance coordinator. We encourage you to experience the difference your home town professional and personalized service will make in your rental and property management needs.

We do full service management which includes paying utilities, arranging for repairs and cleaning work. We can take care of it all!. We keep our clients fully informed at all times so they know exactly what is going on and what we are doing with their property. You trust your property to us and we value that trust.

I have been in real estate and property management in Southern Arizona since 1989, dedicating most of my time to specializing in the management of residential properties. With a dream and determination I opened Premier Properties Inc., in 1996 and obtained my Brokers License. I have come to understand the delicate balance between homeowner and tenant. Achieving this balance is not easy but it is the goal of Premier Properties Inc, by representing the homeowner who shares my belief of “Pride Of Ownership and Proud to Occupy”. This is more than just a slogan to me, it is a commitment and a trust which I honor. When my children were younger I served on the Continental School Board. I am the Past President for the Tucson Chapter of National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) and was the President for the Southern Arizona Chapter of the NARPM. We have locally sponsored the B.A.J.A. Sporting Club in Green Valley for many, many years! Plus we support other local charities.

My motto is – Live the life you love – love the life you live … currently my hobbies are urban mushing, aka dog sledding in the winter, yes I own 7 Siberian Huskies and I enjoy Navajo rug weaving.
